Do you feel a harmonious yet strong balance of faith, character, and identity? Are some just born with this natural ability, or is there a way to strive toward this equilibrium?

The answer: Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

Over the course of a decade of managing various schools, we noticed a major deficiency in our current school systems – the lack of intentional character development. Whilst our students were becoming “book smart,” we observed the gap widen between knowledge and action. Our schools are failing to equip children with the necessary social, emotional, and ethical skills that act as building blocks for happiness and success in school, career, and life in general.

Define was born out of a desire to fill this void to “Love Living our Faith,” starting with our first launch in the Dallas region. We quickly learned that not only youth but all ages from young adults to seasoned professionals are in need of leadership and life skill development to solidify a healthy sense of self-worth and emotional control.
We are extremely humbled by the positive response we have received for our program and aspire to reach our vision of “Bridging the Gap between Faith & Character” by leaving a lasting legacy on our future generations.
